At DODO Wholesale, we strive to ensure a smooth return process. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for defective or damaged items, or if there was an order error, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service Team at b2b@dodoskin.com and issue description. Upon approval, we will issue a Return Authorization notice. Return shipping costs are covered by us for defective or incorrect items; otherwise, the buyer is responsible. Refunds are processed within 3 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, minus any shipping costs unless due to our error. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may incur additional shipping charges. Custom orders, perishable goods, and final sale items are non-returnable. HOW
We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier as we are not responsible for any lost items. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges. All other returns that are passed the return period are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
FINAL SALE
We will not accept any incomplete packages returned to us. All items returned must be unopened and include original manufacturers’ packaging and label. All sale items or discounted items are deemed FINAL and cannot be returned.
